ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Planning permission can be a daunting prospect for those trying to obtain it for the first time. Selby Builders will visit your property and listen to your proposals, a further visit will be with the Architect who will prepare plans for your approval. Once approval has been made by you the plans and other documentation will be presented to the local council and put forward to the planning committee . The planning process takes approximately 10 - 12 weeks.

BUILDING INSPECTOR
The building inspector will inspect all work that comes under the building regulation heading. Their job is to ensure the work carried out meets the required standards and will visit site at set intervals during the building process. Selby Builders will meet and liase with the inspector to ensure the project moves forward without hassle on your behalf.
